Thank you for your comment. Actually, it is not the same old things :) as there are a ton of unique exercises and actions steps throughout the book that can be extremely eye opening.

We can only love others as much as we love ourselves. It is not about being self-absorbed, but rather about understanding our vulnerabilities and what brings us the most joy. When we understand these things and can love ourselves and have compassion for ourselves then we can truly open our hearts to others, which will bring us more love - not leave us alone and sad.

Collaborating with your soul is not about "making yourself happy" and living happily ever after. There are no fairy tales. Life is a journey and there will always be rough patches, but it is vital that we know how to connect with our individual soul as this is journey is ours alone - yet we are alone with others...and we can certainly share our lives with others that we dearly love.

Picked up the sample of this book at the bottom of this page. It is the same old things we have been hearing for the last 5 years. Make yourself happy and the world falls into place which is wishful thinking just like the law of attraction.
