Men Do Your Kegel Exercises Also

Many men do not know that doing your kegel exercises will improve not only your health but your sex life as well.  We hear of women with strong kegel muscles being strong sexual performers but men who do them are also strong sexual performers.  So it sounds like it is time to start a new work out routine, guys.  Below are some samples of how to perform these kegels.  

How do I know where my PC muscles are?

The easiest way to find them is to stop your flow of urine next time you go to the bathroom. Another way to isolate them is to put your finger inside your anus; when you contract the right muscles, your anus will tighten. However you decide to find them, once they are found you need to practice feeling exactly where they are located -- it is easy to overcompensate for weak muscles by using the abdominals, buttocks or thighs. These must all stay relaxed when doing Kegel exercises for men.

Now, on to the daily Kegel exercises for men.

Note: These exercises are done hands-free. You do not “squeeze” anything with your hands as they are all done with your PC muscles.

Exercise A
Sets: 3
Quickly clench and release repeatedly for 10 seconds.

Take a 10-second break between sets.

Exercise B
Sets: 10
Clench and release repeatedly for 5 seconds.

Take a 5-second break between sets.

Exercise C
Sets: 3
Tighten and hold your PC muscle for 30 seconds.

Take a 30 second break between sets.

That’s it for today, but repeat these Kegel exercises for men daily for one week.

Exercise A
Sets: 10
Clench and hold your PC muscle for 5 seconds.

Release and repeat.

Exercise B
Sets: 3
Quickly clench and release your PC muscle 10 times.

Exercise C
Sets: 3
Clench and release your PC muscle alternatively in long and short bursts for counts of 10.

Exercise D 
Sets: 1
Tighten your PC muscle and hold for as long as you can. Aim for 2 minutes.

You can do the session 2 Kegel exercises for men for a week; however, feel free to progress if you feel you are strong enough. Remember that these are strengthening exercises, so start off slowly and build up, just like you would with any other muscle.

Change The Game

Most likely you have at least a few board games in your home.  While our society has gotten way from them for the most part you can bring them back to life and make them a fun part of your relationship.  I invite you to change the game.  Take those classic board games and put a twist on them.  For example you can put the word Strip in front of any game and it becomes and intimate experience for the both of you.  You can also play game to see who has to do specific chores.  For example the loser of this game has to do the dishes for the next week.  Another option would be to write things you have to do on the spots of the board.  For example if you land on one space you might have to kiss your partner, or another might say that you have to give your partner a 10 minute massage.  You can be as creative as you want or a sexy as you want, after all you are changing the game, right!.  Another fun thing to do is to use games that have money involve and set up prizes that you can buy after the game is over.  Some examples might be for 10,000 dollars you can purchase a breakfast in bed from your partner, or for 20,000 you could purchase 2 hours of time in which your partner takes the kids away so you can have piece and quite.  Not only do these things make the games fun but you might just find that those old board games with our new twist are fun.

You Can't Always Drink Sangria

Sangria is a great drink loaded with fruit, but what happens when you are not able to drink alcohol?  Why not use the same trick many do with sangria and do it with your tea.  Throw that cut up fruit in your basic tea and the two of you have a flavorful drink that is safe for when you have the kids or other young adults around.  Or, if you simply don't drink alcohol.  

This can also take the place of soda and can be different each time the two of you enjoy it - depending on what type of fruit you put into the mix.  Blueberries or strawberries alone add a nice change to your normal tea. So make it a treat for the two of you on the next warm day this summer and fruit your tea up a little.

Do You Make Good Music Together?

When I asks the question do you as a couple make good music together, I am not talking about starting a band.  I wonder how your life flows together.  Does your rhythm and harmony work well with each other. Do you seem to be in sync with one another on a constant basis.  While I know that no relationship flows perfectly, I invite you to look at your flow.  Are you normally flowing together and in a blissful state or do your worlds seem to crash together and never mesh.  There is always room for improvement in your song.  Take some time today to think about one thing you can do to create a wonderful harmony in your relationship.  It might be as little as adding one more kiss into each day.  If the both of you do this each and every day, the song you two share will improve each and every day.  

Remember practice makes perfect or at leasts gets you closer to it.
